3) Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

4) Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

5) Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

6) VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

7) Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

8) Meal Plan

Public transport: from metro line 2 (red) station "Batthyany ter" take the Suburb train (HEV) to "Arpad hid" (4 stops), 10 min. Train stop is almost in front of the hotels. Trains are running every 10-15 min.
