Danubius Grand Hotel Margitsziget is situated in the north of Margaret Island, in the middle of the river, though it is at the same time still in the heart of the capital. Built during a time of rapid urban development more than a hundred years ago, it was completely refurbished in 2000 to its original splendour while also holding to the highest technical standards.
